This great home has lots to offer, and plenty of great finds in the garage, basement and the main floor as well.
Also, please pay attention to the dates, this is only a two day sale, and once those two days are done, then the sale is over.
Pricing on this sale is going to be very fair, as everything must go. Please understand that everything is priced to move, and as such, please respect that.
We have lots of great items, from the traditional, to the more modern. Everything is clean and neat, and the home is smoke free and pet free as well.
Lots of great finds, and lots of project pieces as well. Something for everyone at this sale. You know that Downriver is the place to be, and the place to find outstanding items as well.

You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:
1) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.
2) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let’s not make this weird.
3) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance to remove heavy or bulky items, an additional charge of $10 will be added to your total purchase price.
4) Please wear nice comfy shoes, as shoes this home will have no shoes, or you can wear the provided shoe protectors.
So this is one outstanding sale that we are holding. Two days only, thems the rules of the Association, and we have to abide by the rules. And you know we pride ourselves on rules and regulation, along with bringing you a very clean and smoke free and pet free home as well. Well, Condo, but you get the idea.

We are getting the word out early this year, as this is our 2 Annual, on the Lake Estate Sale, and this year we got bigger!!!
This sale is a combination of six (6), households. Yes you read that correctly. Great Lakes Estate Sales, will be bringing six households together to hold this remarkable, only happens once a year sale.
We have everything that you could possibly need.
Rugs, we have so many different size and shape rugs, that it is unbelievable. All kinds, all types, all styles and colors too
Vintage and Antique outboard motors, fully restored, some still waiting for restoration.
Ryobi, Makita, Milwaukee, hand tools, power tools, saws, drivers
Vintage and Antique glasses and glassware.
Butcher knives, and carving knives, and other types of knives that were professionally used, and sharp as can be and in great condition.
Every day items such as brand new coffee cups, and saucers. Plates, knives, forks spoons, serving utensils, and other kitchen gadgets too.
Faux wood blinds, four complete windows worth, in white. Ceiling fans, hall trees, Christmas and Halloween and Easter items as well.

Outdoor patio sets, and chairs. Decorative outdoor items as well.
We are adding more and more items everyday as well. Trust us when we say that we do this one annually, and it only gets bigger and bigger every year.
